From 7 to 86 inquiries per month with a single search campaign
UkrBagPak manufactures big bags for agriculture and industry. Five months of systematic optimization - not a bigger budget - grew inquiries twelvefold.

UkrBagPak is an international B2B manufacturer of big bags - bulk sacks for grain, construction materials and industry. The customers are out there, but they buy in volume and compare suppliers carefully. We launched a search campaign from zero in April 2026 and optimized it month by month. In August it delivered 86 inquiries - calls, forms and phone clicks - at a cost per lead 72 percent lower than at the start.
A niche product with clear buying intent
Big bags are not an impulse purchase. Whoever searches for them is almost always a company that needs hundreds of sacks for grain or construction materials. Search volumes are small, but every search is worth a lot - which is exactly why every wasted click hurts twice. The campaign was built around the phrases where the buyer has already decided: buying big bags, big bags for grain, wholesale prices.
What we did
- One focused search campaign instead of many half-finished ones - all data accumulates in one place and bidding learns faster.
- The search terms report was cleaned every month: queries without buying intent became negative keywords before they could eat the budget.
- Conversion tracking counts only real leads - calls from ads, submitted forms and phone clicks. No soft goals inflating the numbers.
- Smart bidding toward maximum conversions, working with cleaner data every month.
Results month by month
| Month | Clicks | Inquiries | CTR |
|---|---|---|---|
| April (from the 6th) | 197 | 7 | 10% |
| May | 391 | 21 | 13% |
| June | 637 | 36 | 11% |
| July | 924 | 74 | 15% |
| August | 989 | 86 | 17% |
The budget grew modestly during the period - the growth came primarily from efficiency. Cost per inquiry fell by 72 percent, cost per click by 32 percent, and click-through rate rose from 10 to 17 percent. A 17 percent CTR in the search network means in practice that the ads answer exactly what buyers are looking for.
This is the same methodology we use for Swedish clients: focused campaigns, clean conversion data and monthly optimization instead of just raising the budget. Read more about how we work as a Google Ads agency.
What this means for you
If your product is niche and your customers are companies, you do not need large search volumes for Google Ads to pay off. You need a campaign that captures the searches that exist, tracking that only counts real inquiries, and someone who removes what does not work every month. Time does the rest.
