Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy explains how SynligWebb processes personal data in connection with business inquiries, client communication and service delivery.
Personal data we collect
Information you provide in forms, such as name, email, phone and message.
Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data to respond to business inquiries, take steps prior to contract, perform contracts and manage client communication. Legal bases: legitimate interest, contract and, where applicable, legal obligation.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for each purpose and then deleted or anonymized. Where legal obligations apply, retention may be longer.
Third parties and transfers
We use trusted providers for hosting, security, analytics and marketing: Google Ireland Ltd (Analytics 4 and reCAPTCHA), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Meta Pixel) and TikTok Technology Ltd (TikTok Pixel). With these services, technical data - such as IP address, browser information, device identifiers and pages visited - may be processed by the provider and transferred to the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Cookies and tracking pixels
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are always set. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after you consent in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics), Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel (ad measurement and remarketing). Before consent, all tools run in consent mode - no cookies are set and no data that can be linked to you is transmitted.
Withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You can also delete cookies directly in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with IMY.
