How long does it take to receive my printed materials?
Delivery time depends on product and quantity. Business cards and flyers usually take 5–7 business days. Large format and specialty products may take 7–14 days. We always confirm exact delivery time at order.
What does 'at cost price' mean for existing clients?
As an existing SynligWebb client, we add zero markup to the printing cost. You pay exactly what the printer charges us - it's our way of adding value to long-term partnerships.
Can you design my printed materials?
Yes. We offer graphic design for all types of print - from business cards and logos to brochures and trade show materials. The design is aligned with your digital profile and brand.
How do I place an order with you?
Send a request with what you need, quantities and your target delivery date - we come back with a price and a proof to approve before production starts. If you have print-ready artwork it goes straight to press; if you don't, we produce it. You don't have to be an existing client to order, but existing clients get everything at cost price.
What file formats do I need to provide?
Preferably print-ready PDF files in CMYK with at least 3 mm bleed. Don't have a ready file? No problem - we can handle design and proofreading for you.
