Delivery Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This Delivery Policy describes how Bohdan Yavorskyi, sole trader trading as SynligWebb (Org.nr 900327-6798), delivers services and goods to business clients. It applies to every Order placed under the Terms & Conditions published on synligwebb.se.
1. Nature of delivery
SynligWebb provides digital services. Deliverables are intangible: source code, design files, written content, account access, optimisation reports and similar artefacts. Printed goods (Trycksaker) are delivered as physical items only when explicitly ordered.
2. Delivery channels
Source code: handed over via a Git repository (GitHub or GitLab) on the Client's account.
Design files and documents: shared via Google Drive or by email.
Live websites: deployed to the Client's hosting, or to a hosting account agreed in the Order.
Account handover (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta): admin access transferred to the Client.
Printed materials (Trycksaker): shipped via the printing partner's courier to the address provided in the Order, within Sweden or the EU.
3. Delivery timelines
One-off projects: an indicative timeline is stated in the Order, typically 2–8 weeks depending on scope. Final delivery occurs after Client review and sign-off.
Subscription services: deliverables (reports, optimisations, content) are provided on the agreed monthly cadence.
Printed goods: typically 5–10 business days from print-ready approval, plus courier transit time.
4. Deemed delivered
A digital deliverable is deemed delivered when (a) it is sent to the Client's nominated email, repository or account, or (b) the Client uses it productively (for example, the website goes live, the ads campaign starts running).
The Client has seven (7) days from delivery to raise written objections. If no objection is raised within this period, the deliverable is deemed accepted.
5. Risk and access transfer
On delivery, risk passes to the Client. The Client is responsible for backups, hosting renewals and account security from that moment on.
6. Delays
Delays caused by Client inputs, third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, printing partners) or force majeure extend deadlines proportionally and do not entitle the Client to compensation.
